Hunan takes on research on IP strategy and practice in Middle China

On October 9, the initiating ceremony of research on connection between local and national IP strategies was held in Beijing to announce the official establishment of research organizing institution, sign research contract and communicate on research plan.

National Intellectual Property Strategy Office of the State Intellectual Property Office launched special research plan on national IP strategy implementation in September and the research on connection between local and national IP strategies is a part of the plan, aiming to fulfill national IP strategy, scientifically guide formulation and implementation of local IP strategies and promote the coordination and connection between local and national IP strategies so as to enable national and local IP strategies to form an integrated system, which may advance the development of national and local IP cause and serve for national economic and social development.

The research is composed of one general research and three supporting sub-researches.

The three sub-researches are respectively taken by Jiangsu, Hunan and Yunnan Intellectual Property Office.
