Signal IP Settles with Porsche

Marathon Patent Group announced that its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Signal IP and Loopback Technologies, have entered into a settlement and license agreement with Porsche Cars North America. The consideration to be paid by Porsche to Signal and Loopback and all other terms of the license agreement are confidential.
Seven Signal’s U.S. Patents have been asserted against various automotive companies including American Honda Motor, Ford Motor, Audi of America, Mazda Motor of America, Mercedes-Benz USA, Fiat U.S.A. BMW of North America, Subaru of America, Kia Motors America, Nissan North America, Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Toyota North America and Hyundai Motor America in the United States District Court for the Central District of California and/or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
