Lawsuit fails

Li Tiejun, a Hunan Province native, has been told to withdraw a lawsuit in which he asked Pudong New Area People's Court to rule that domain names about BNP Paribas didn't infringe the bank's trademark.

The Hong Kong International Arbitration Center decided last year that Li should transfer the names to the bank.
