Some 23 Departments Jointly Launched IP Week 2015

The IP Week 2015 was launched by efforts of as many as 23 authorities including the State Intellectual Property Office last week. During the period, those authorities have conducted several activities including lectures, forums and exhibitions in a bid to deliver basic IP knowledge to the public.


“The theme of this year’s IP Week is ‘Building a strong IP nation and supporting innovation-based development’,” said Commissioner Shen Changyu of the SIPO. He added that intellectual property protection was the core factor of competitiveness and would play a significant role in accelerating the economic development.
