Wang underlined that China is at a critical stage fighting infringement and counterfeit products, it will be an arduous and complicated task and needs to be in action for an extended period of time. A campaign may conclude someday, however IPR protection shall never cease.

According to Wang, all regions and departments involved should determine the principals and agencies in charge, tasks in the near further should be clearly defined. Related branches should learn and summarize the successful experiences of the campaign and make it a regular work, effectively combine the long-term mechanism and segmented objective and formulate regulation plans specifically designated to the specific conditions and identify segmented work priorities to finally condemn spread of IPR infringement. Related laws and regulations should be revised or improved to provide legal assurance for the campaign and efforts should be exerted to enhance the IPR protection awareness among the public. In an effort to effectively make full use of the media, law-abiding and ethical businesses will be promoted and those illegal ones will be exposed.
