Beijing: Online Music Providers Sign Self-discipline Agreement

More than 20 domestic online music service providers signed an agreement on copyright self-discipline at a conference held by the National Copyright Administration. According to theagreement, the companies will use music only after being licensed. They were also asked toimprove their copyright management systems to notify right owners when using their works andwere encouraged to solve copyright disputes via negotiation or mediation.
