China, Britain to Set up High-level Security Dialogue, Fight Cyber Crime

China and Britain have agreed to establish a high-level security dialogue to strengthen cooperation on issues including cyber crime, according to a joint declaration issued Thursday on the occasion of Chinese President Xi Jinping's state visit to Britain.
The two countries agree not to conduct or support cyber-enabled theft of intellectual property, trade secrets or confidential business information with the intent of providing competitive advantage, the declaration said.
